Description

Maria Costanza Bianco 2021 - Milazzo is an award-winning wine produced with a predominance of Inzolia grapes, supported by some selections of Chardonnay biotypes. A complex and balanced variety, with notes of fruit and aromatic herbs, perfect to accompany fish, shellfish, truffles, mushrooms, appetizers and vegetable-based first courses.

Refinement	During the refinement of about 6 months the wine is constantly subjected to "bâtonnage" to favor the lysis of the yeasts. Maturation in the bottle for about 2 months
Color	Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Perfume	Rich and fruity, with notes of tropical fruit, yellow flowers, chamomile and delicate balsamic herbs
Taste	Soft, juicy, fruity and concentrated, with a nice freshness

Vinificazione

Pressatura soffice con presse pneumatiche a polmone chiuso. Fermentazione a temperatura controllata e con lieviti selezionati, parte in acciaio (90%) e, in minima parte, in barrique di rovere (10%)

Affinamento

Durante l’affinamento di circa 6 mesi il vino è costantemente sottoposto a “bâtonnage” per favorire la lisi dei lieviti. Maturazione in bottiglia per circa 2 mesi

Profumo

Ricco e fruttato, con note di frutta tropicale, fiori gialli, camomilla e delicate erbe balsamiche
