Rosso di Nera - Milazzo is a sparkling wine obtained from the blend of Nero d'Avola and Nero Cappuccio grapes grown in certified organic farming. Its pleasant fruity flavor is an invitation to appreciate all its freshness and vitality.

Vinification	Traditional in red: the hand-picked grapes are crushed-destemmed, then fermented at a controlled temperature in thermo-conditioned stainless steel silos; at the end of the maceration (a few days) the skins are softly pressed and the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is completed.
Refinement	The refinement takes place exclusively in stainless steel silos to preserve the intense fruity character of the wine, followed by a light filtration and bottling.
Color	It has a lively ruby color of medium intensity, with beautiful purple hues.
Perfume	The bouquet is fresh and youthful, you can recognize the violet, the black pepper and the characteristic floral of the black cap.
Taste	The taste is fresh, with good acidity and lightness, with a slight petillant.

Vinificazione

Tradizionale in rosso: l’uva raccolta a mano viene pigia-diraspata, quindi fermenta a temperatura controllata in silos di acciaio inox termo-condizionati; al termine della macerazione (pochi giorni) si effettua la pressatura soffice delle bucce e si porta a termine la fermentazione alcolica e malolattica.

Affinamento

L’affinamento avviene esclusivamente in silos di acciaio inox per conservare il carattere fruttato intenso del vino, segue una leggera filtrazione e l’imbottigliamento.

Colore

Presenta un colore rubino vivace di media intensità, con belle sfumature viola.

Profumo

Il bouquet è fresco e giovanile, si possono riconoscere la viola, il pepe nero ed il caratteristico floreale del nero cappuccio.

Gusto

Al gusto si presenta fresco, di bella acidità e leggerezza, con leggero petillant.
