Description

Fancelo Rosso Sicilia DOP 2020 - Milazzo is a young and captivating wine with a very intense color. Thanks to its composition of 18 grape varieties, it offers a broad bouquet full of aromas. Nero D'Avola grown in the Munti area and vines experimented by the Milazzo family create a unique balance of aromas.

Refinement	After the cold stabilization phase, the wines were blended and bottled. The bottled product was stored in thermo-conditioned rooms where it continued its maturation for a few months.
Color	Dark ruby red color with violet reflections.
Perfume	Intense fruity nose of morello cherry, cherry and plum, evident spicy and ink notes. Strong aroma attributable to red flowers.
Taste	Delicate and soft, highly drinkable; intense and balanced, with a good structure enhanced by a pleasant salinity.

Potatura a cordone speronato con selezione dei germogli alla ripresa vegetativa e riduzione manuale mirata dello spessore sulla parete; controllo della carica con diradamento dei grappoli in invaiatura. Vendemmia a maturazione organolettica completa.

Affinamento

Superata la fase della stabilizzazione a freddo i vini sono stati assemblati ed imbottigliati. Il prodotto imbottigliato è stato immagazzinato in locali termo condizionati ove ha proseguito per qualche mese la sua maturazione.

Colore

Colore rosso rubino cupo con riflessi viola.

Profumo

Intenso olfatto fruttato di marasca, ciliegia e prugna, evidenti note speziate e di inchiostro. Spiccata aromaticità riconducibile ai fiori rossi.

Gusto

Delicato e morbido, di grande bevibilità; intenso ed equilibrato, con una buona struttura esaltata da una gradevole salinità.
