Il Suolo 5 Zibibbo IGT DUCA DI SALPARUTA 2020 is a white wine produced in Sicily. The Risignolo estate, located in central-western Sicily, offers a fertile terroir with an ideal climate for an elegant combination of freshness and flavour. Its fruity and fine aromas on the nose make it an elegant and rich wine.

Color	straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume	The nose is intense and fine, with hints of orange blossom and lily of the valley and fruity notes of citrus.
Taste	On the palate it is fresh, fruity, soft and of excellent intensity.

Vinificazione

Le uve, una volta raccolte di prima mattina durante la vendemmia, vengono portate in cantina, dove avviene la decantazione statica dei mosti e la fermentazione alcolica, parte in acciaio.

Affinamento

Si prosegui quindi con la fase di affinamento, svolta in acciaio per una durata di 6 mesi.

Colore

giallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini.

Profumo

All’olfatto è intenso e fine, con sentori di zagara e mughetto e note fruttate di agrumi.

Gusto

Al palato è fresco, sapido, morbido e di ottima intensità.
