Montecucco Rosso DOC 2016 by Sassetti Livio Pertimali is a wine produced in Maremma. It is made 100% with Sangiovese grosso coming from plants of great potential, anchored in low fertility soil. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature, with maceration for 10-15 days. The refinement is 6 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle, for a balanced wine with a rich and elegant structure.
