Verdicchio Villa Bianchi by Umani Ronchi is a fine white wine, produced with 100% Verdicchio grapes and grown in the hills of Moie in the province of Ancona. The south/south-west exposure of the vineyards creates a unique microclimate, ideal for the cultivation of this vine and guarantees wines with a complex aroma and a characteristic flavour.

Vinification | After a soft pressing, the juice is suddenly cooled before being decanted in a static way. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a temperature maintained between 14° and 16°C and lasts for about 8-10 days. Subsequently the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation. All stages of production, from harvesting to bottling, are carried out in protection or reduction, i.e. in the absence of oxygen, in order to safeguard the primary aromas of the grapes and have greater organoleptic freshness. |
Refinement | A short period of aging in steel, about 3 months, precedes bottling. |
Color | Brilliant straw yellow, with greenish reflections. |
Perfume | Intense and fine bouquet, fruity and floral |
Taste | On the palate it expresses a pleasant structure based on sapid and fresh notes, in which a finish with a typical hint of almond stands out. |
