Jocò is a fine wine, produced from Pecorino grapes grown in the medium-textured soil of the Marche region. The harvesting and selection of the grapes is done manually to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the product and the properties of the soil. Vinification and maturation in steel give the wine a unique and characteristic flavour.
