"Rosé 20/26" 2020 Elena Walch is a wine with aromas of wild berries, cherries and a pinch of pepper. Fresh and balanced in the mouth with a slight acidity and a deliciously refreshing finish. A pleasant wine to accompany moments of relaxation!

Vinificazione

I tre vitigni vengono pressati e vinificati insieme sin dall’inizio, secondo il classico metodo “saignée”: il mosto rimane brevemente a contatto con le bucce fino a raggiungere un delicato colore rosé.
