Cervaro della Sala Castello della Sala Antinori 2014 is an extraordinary Umbrian white wine. It is produced with a complex blend of Chardonnay and Grechetto and aged in barrique for 5 months. The characteristics of this wine are intense and rich, with notes of citrus fruits, pears, white flowers and vanilla emerging on the nose. The palate is soft and well structured, with persistent nuances of butter and toasted fruit.
