Lafoa Gewurztraminer DOC 2018 Colterenzio is a high quality white wine, produced from grapes grown near Bolzano, North Tyrol. A short process of cold maceration, soft pressing and fermentation at 18°C in steel, create a fresh intense straw yellow bouquet of yellow roses, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. Its lively acidity explodes on the palate, completing a full-bodied, spicy and persistent wine.
