Capichera Rosso IGT "ASSAJE" 2019 is an intense and full-bodied red wine from Sardinia. Its composition is based on Carignano aged for 12 months in barrique. It reveals an olfactory framework rich in black fruits, cherries in brandy, myrtle, balsamic herbs and sweet spices. Its structure is concentrated and rich on the palate, with an elegant and persistent tannic texture.
