Girofle Negroamaro Rosato IGP Salento is produced by Garofano Vigneti e Cantine. It is prepared with grapes harvested in the countryside of Copertino on clayey soils of medium fertility and cultivated with Apulian saplings. The pressing is carried out at 10 °C and is followed by a 24-hour maceration. The result is a rosé wine with an intense bouquet of well-balanced fruity and floral notes.
