The Torgiano DOC Rosso Rubesco 2018 by Lungarotti is a wine with a joyful meaning produced 90% from the Sangiovese grape and 10% from the Colorino grape. Harvested in September, they ferment in stainless steel tanks for 15 days, then aging in barrels for 12 months and in bottles for another 12. A wine of deep Umbrian origin, to be enjoyed in company.
