"Quintessenz" is a red wine from Alto Adige produced from Schiava grapes , a perfect fusion between the freshness and simplicity of Schiava with a pinch of elegance and structure of Lagrein. The aromatic profile focuses on tones of red berry fruit, among which cherry and raspberry stand out. The taste, soft and fine, goes perfectly with Tyrolean speck and first courses of Sudtirol cuisine
