Description

The Pinot Grigio DOC ATTEMS is produced from vineyards at an altitude of 60 meters in the province of Gorizia. The grapes are harvested at the end of August and beginning of September and fermented in steel and partly in barriques, giving life to a high quality wine.

La fermentazione avviene in acciaio e una piccolissima parte in barrique.

Affinamento

L’affinamento dura 4 mesi con la tecnica del batonnage, che consiste nel rimescolare periodicamente il vino con le fecce nobili in modo da estrarre al meglio le componenti aromatiche e di struttura.

Colore

giallo paglierino intenso con riflessi ramati.

Profumo

Il profumo rivela sensazioni decise di frutta tropicale come l’ananas, il miele d’acacia e i fiori bianchi come la margherita.

Gusto

Il gusto in bocca è fine ed elegante, fresco e dotato di un ottimo equilibrio
