Di Lenardo 2021 Pinot Grigio has a straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections and is characterized by an olfactory range of elegant quince, Williams pear, banana, apricot, acacia flowers and nuances of rosemary and mint. Citrus notes of lime add a fresh and refreshing touch.

Vinification | Manual harvest and selection of the best bunches. After a light pressing, the temperature is lowered to block the fermentation; the must is left to rest for the whole night in contact with the skins. The next morning, after this phase, it is transferred to steel tanks where fermentation takes place at around 15°C with frequent bâtonnage. |
Refinement | The wine will then be left to mature in contact with the lees until bottling. Rest in the bottle for at least 2 months before being marketed. |
