The Gewurztraminer 'Kastelaz' from the Elena Walch winery is considered one of the most representative wines of the South Tyrolean territory. The company philosophy has brought the products to a level of excellence such as to be recognized all over the world. This is confirmed by the numerous awards and recognitions obtained by this aromatic white over the years. To name a few: the 5 Bibenda grappoli, the 3 Gambero Rosso glasses and the evaluations above 90 points by Veronelli, Wine Spectator and Luca Maroni. The wine is obtained from pure Gewurztraminer grapes. The production area, between Lake Caldaro and the small town of Termeno, enjoys optimal climate and terroir conditions for the vine to settle well. Here everything speaks of peace and tranquility in which the oenological work takes place following the natural cycles of the vine. Gewurztraminer 'Kastelaz' is a white of great vitality. At first glance it reveals itself as complex and decisive in showing its aromatic charge. The wine has a particular freshness which is balanced by a savory note which contributes to making it perfectly balanced. Fine, elegant and with a great taste, it closes the tasting with a long and persistent finish. The bitterish aftertaste is pleasant.
