The Barolo DOCG "Marchese d'Azeglio - Cru Meriame" 2017 by La Lomellina is an excellent Italian red produced with ripe grapes harvested in Serralunga d'Alba. The shallow soil and temperate microclimates create a persuasive wine, with a fruity flavour, rich in aromas and with a good sugar content. Aged in French oak barrels for 30 months, it gives the wine an inviting taste.
