Barbera d'Asti DOCG 2019 - Cascina Valle Asinari is a wine produced in the province of Asti, in one of the lowest vineyards in Marzano Oliveto. After a spontaneous fermentation with autochthonous yeasts in cement, the wine ages in a large 50-year-old Slavonian barrel. This gives the wine a slightly spicy structure and a fragrant balance of ripe fruit. Serve it at 16-18 °C to enhance the flavours.
