The Nizza BarberaDOCG 2019 by Cascina Valle Asinari offers a powerful and incisive sip, with a richness of taste and a decisive acidity. Made with Barbera grapes grown in San Marzano Oliveto, in sandy soils rich in silt, it is vinified in cement with spontaneous fermentation of indigenous yeasts. It matures in large Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and finishes refining in cement tanks for another 6 months.
