Tramari Rosé di Primitivo Salento IGP 2021- SAN MARZANO is a wine produced exclusively with hand-selected Primitivo grapes on the morning of the first week of September. The partial racking of the Primitivo grape must, cold macerated and then fermented in white, is followed by refinement in the bottle to ensure the quality of the product.
