Description

Tignanello by Marchesi Antinori is a myth of Italian wine: the first barrique aged and the first assembly with non-traditional varieties. Over 80% Sangiovese, completed by Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, matured and aged in wooden barriques for 12 months and then in bottle for one year. A fascinating work of art that continues to amaze enthusiasts from all over the world.

La fermentazione avviene ad una temperatura che si aggira intorno ai 27 gradi, senza mai alzarsi oltre i 31, così da preservare le proprietà organolettiche delle tre uve.

Affinamento

L'affinamento richiede 12 mesi, ed avviene in barrique.

Colore

Rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei.

Profumo

Al naso è maturo, con note di frutta scura e sottofondo fresco nel finale; predomina la polpa di prugna insieme a sentori di ciliegia, andando con progressione ed equilibrio verso note di liquirizia e menta.

Gusto

Al gusto ha prontezza e disponibilità, è ricco e armonioso. Ottimo al palato, grazie all’acidità e alla strutturata morbidezza dei tannini.
