Le uve vengono diraspate e la fermentazione sulle bucce avviene a temperatura controllata di 28/30 °C.Al termine della fermentazione, circa 2/3 settimane dopo, il vino viene separato dalle vinacce e assemblato in vasche di acciaio inox dove avviene la fermentazione malolattica. Successivamente, il vino viene travasato e affinato in vasche inox.

The grapes are destemmed and the fermentation on the skins takes place at a controlled temperature of 28/30 °C. At the end of the fermentation, about 2/3 weeks later, the wine is separated from the marc and assembled in stainless steel tanks where the malolactic fermentation takes place . Subsequently, the wine is decanted and aged in stainless steel tanks.
