The Carranco Etna Bianco DOC Villa dei Baroni 2018 was vinified in steel at a controlled temperature and was aged in cement for 6-7 months on the fine lees, making it a white wine with a long evolutionary potential. Made from Carricante grapes from vineyards located at about 500 meters above sea level and on volcanic soil, this wine stands out for its exceptional terroir and microclimate which favors intense aromatic sensations, salty sapidity and a marked minerality.
