Overlooking Lake Caldaro is the Castel Ringberg vineyard, from which Elena Walch's company harvests the Chardonnay grapes, obtaining the wine of the same name.
Interpreted in the "Riserva" version, it is a Chardonnay from Alto Adige that takes shape from fermentation in Allier oak barriques, followed by three months of "battonage" and ten months of aging, again in barriques.
Powerful and elegant at the same time, rich in freshness and minerality but also creamy and intense, it is a perfect Chardonnay to accompany refined fish-based main courses. If you then want to uncork it during a romantic evening to conquer your "her", then you are certainly starting off on the right foot.
