The Cardonnay "Cardellino" is a classic by Elena Walch: a soft, intense and quite complex white wine, aged on the fine lees in steel tanks and, to a small extent, in barrique. Aromas of ripe yellow fruit, honey and sweet spices. The sip is round, enveloping, fresh, mineral and persistent.
