Planeta Etna Rosso DOC 2021 is a wine full of character, produced with Nerello Mascalese grapes harvested entirely by hand in the Torreguarino and Pietramarina vineyards, located in the municipality of Castiglione di Sicilia. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (25°C) and with daily pumping over, for a unique flavor with the flavor of mixed red fruit of vanilla, spices and delicate tannins. Leaves a balanced and complex aftertaste. An unforgettable experience!
