The “Friulano Doc Isonzo” wine is a Friulano-Tai , certainly one of the most important wines produced by the La Boatina company . The La Boatina company is located in one of the most beautiful wine-growing areas of the province of Gorizia and of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region in general.

Vinification |
The grapes are softly pressed to preserve the integrity of the skins and obtain a very delicate pressing of the same. Before fermentation, the must obtained is cold decanted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16/18 °C. After fermentation, the wine is racked off and left to mature on the fine lees until the end of February so that the extracted aromas are well emphasized and well balanced with the structure of the wine. |
