Le uve vengono raccolte a mano e conferite in azienda; segue la diraspatura e la pressatura soffice, preceduta da una criomacerazione in pressa sotto flusso di gas inerte, per evitare l’ossidazione del mosto.

Affinamento

L’affinamento in botte gli conferisce una grande morbidezza al palato con tannini equilibrati.
