Vinification | Long maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with a cavity. Total malolactic fermentation. |
Refinement | At the end of the partial fermentation, it is aged in wood and then 18 months in a vitrified cement tank. |

Perfume | On the nose red cherry and black cherry, bramble, licorice, violet, tobacco and leather. Delicate secondary aromas of toasted, vanilla and spices deriving from the aging in French oak barrels. |
