Vineyards | located in the Montalcino area, southwest of the medieval city, it is one of the estates of the Frescobaldi family and covers 192 hectares, 55 of which are planted with vineyards. |
Vinification | The alcoholic fermentation took place in steel vats at a controlled temperature and the maceration lasted 4 weeks. |
Refinement | Fermentation lasts 10 days, and is followed by maceration in contact with the skins for 20 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged for 12 months in barriques. |
