Description

Allegrini's Amarone della Valpolicella La Groletta is a wine with an intense and bold flavor, made from carefully hand-selected Corvina Veronese and Rondinella grapes from vineyards located in the Fumane hills of Veneto. After controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for 5 months in the same tanks, followed by 15 months in wood and 6 months in bottle, producing rich and intense aromas.

Perfume

Overripe red fruit but still crunchy and pulpy. Spicy notes appear in the background, especially pepper and cloves,

Minerals and a deep hint of tobacco. Full-bodied, enveloping, and velvety. The imposing and solid body maintains an elegant and silky profile thanks to the perfect and balanced acidity and sweet, perfectly blended tannins.
