Description

Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva DOCG 2015 is a wine of great harmony, produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes, carefully selected and left to dry for 3-4 months in dry fruit cellars. Once pressed, the grapes give a wine characterized by complex and persistent notes on the palate. A wine of exceptional quality and balance.

Winemaking

Manual followed by a long natural drying of the grapes in well-ventilated fruit cellars for approximately four months
slow fermentation on the skins for 15-20 days

It has an intense and deep red colour, with garnet reflections.

Perfume

On the nose it is complex and rich, with hints of ripe red fruits, sweet spices and light notes of cocoa and tobacco

Taste

On the palate it reveals a perfect balance between softness and structure, with velvety tannins and a long persistence of enveloping and warm flavours.
