Tignanello 2018 by Marchesi Antinori is a Supertuscan of excellence, coming from Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, aged for at least 12 months in barrique. The complex structure of this great Tuscan wine is characterized by spicy and woody notes, guaranteeing a rich, velvety and intense taste. Refreshed by a good freshness, it is a unique wine appreciated all over the world.

La fermentazione avviene ad una temperatura che si aggira intorno ai 27 gradi, senza mai alzarsi oltre i 31, così da preservare le proprietà organolettiche delle tre uve.

Affinamento

L'affinamento richiede 12 mesi, ed avviene in barrique.

Colore

Rosso rubino intenso con riflessi violacei.

Profumo

Al naso è maturo, con note di frutta scura e sottofondo fresco nel finale; predomina la polpa di prugna insieme a sentori di ciliegia, andando con progressione ed equilibrio verso note di liquirizia e menta.

Gusto

Al gusto ha prontezza e disponibilità, è ricco e armonioso. Ottimo al palato, grazie all’acidità e alla strutturata morbidezza dei tannini.
