Etna Rosso "Contrada Feudo di Mezzo" DOC 2017 - Cottanera is an exceptional wine that fully expresses its volcanic soul. Extracted from Nerello Mascalese grapes, its fermentation develops between 750 and 900 meters above sea level, in soils of lava origin rich in minerals which give the wine a complex and delicate structure. Maceration in contact with the skins, fermentation at controlled temperature and aging in French oak barrels and in bottles for 18 months make this wine a treasure to be discovered.
