Primitivo Salento Bruno - VESPA is a generous and elegant wine from native grapes of the Manduria area. The grapes are on average 15-20 years old and the harvest takes place in the first half of September. The maceration on the skins lasts 10 days and a malolactic fermentation in barriques follows. Finally, the 4-month aging in Never and Troncais barriques gives the wine a unique complexity.
