Menfi DOC Burdese 2018 Planeta is the result of a skilful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes from the Dispensa and Maroccoli vineyards, near Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia. The fermentation with maceration on the skins lasts 21 days, followed by 16 months of aging in new oak barrels, giving the wine richness and depth of taste and aroma. A wine of rare elegance to be enjoyed on any occasion.
