The "Caro Maestro" by Fina is a Sicilian red wine that represents an intense and saline expression of Bordeaux blend: it is made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot grapes and ages for 24 months in oak barriques, expressing on the nose an intensely spicy bouquet, which plays on notes of cocoa, cloves and nutmeg, then closing on hints of dark fruit jam and hints of Mediterranean scrub.
