Attems Chardonnay is produced from some of the best 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on alluvial and sandstone soils of Eocene origin. From the original vineyard located in the province of Gorizia at an average altitude of 60 meters, a wine with an intense and complex character is born.

Refinement | The aging took place in steel and in new barriques (20%) for 4 months on the noble lees, i.e. the fermentation residues mainly composed of yeast residues and calcium and potassium salts which enrich the wine's aromas and in the structure. |
