Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva Castelforte di Riondo is a fine and complex wine, produced with selected bunches of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, placed to dry in fruit cellars. The slow fermentation with maceration in contact with the skins gives the wine an intense and rich flavour; aged at least 48 months in oak barrels, it becomes the most valuable expression of the Riondo cellars.
