Biserno 2017 is a very thick Supertuscan. Carefully selected from the best grapes, it undergoes fermentation in steel and aging for at least 16 months in French oak barriques, of which more than half in first passage barriques, followed by a further one year aging in bottle. A wine rich in hints of red fruits, spices, notes of leather and peat.
