Production and conservation method
The Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes are harvested by hand and dried in a loft for approximately four months. Fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. Aged for approximately three years in oak barrels, followed by a long period in the bottle before release. Store in a cellar at a stable temperature, controlled humidity, and away from direct light.
