The Petrus Boonekamp it is the sugar-free amaro based on carefully selected herbs created according to an original Dutch recipe.
The origin of this amaro is entirely Dutch and dates back to the eighteenth century in relation to the nation's colonialism which at the time allowed the import of quality herbs and spices not yet widespread in the West. Precisely in 1777 Petrus Boonekamp invents this liqueur in the city of Leidschendam.
Its main characteristic is the bitter component which refers to gentian, licorice and light references to galangal.
To drink dry or accompanied by ice.
