Elvio Cogno's Montegrilli is an exceptional Langhe Nebbiolo DOC. Produced in one of the historic companies of the Langa, the grapes are harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October. Once in the cellar, the wine ferments in steel at a controlled temperature, and subsequently ages in steel for 8 months and in the bottle for 6 months. A Nebbiolo of great precision and harmony.
