al termine della malolattica, in botti da 10, 30 e 50 ettolitri, di Rovere di Slavonia, per un periodo di 10 mesi. Prima dell’immissione al consumo ha riposato per 5 mesi in bottiglia.

Profumo

L’olfatto e’ da subito avvolgente, si avvertono alternanze floreali di rose e viole e freschezza di erbe aromatiche.

Gusto

Al palato, la sensazione e’ appagante e immediata, bilanciato tra freschezza e morbidezza, tannini gia’ dolci e vellutati. Sussurra longevita’.

Vino ottimo sotto il profilo olfattivo e gustativo. Ancora da perfezionare rispetto ai fratelli maggiori (Luce e brunello di Luce) con grossi margini di miglioramento. Curioso di assaporare la sua maturazione con un maggior invecchiamento.
Venditore serio e veloce. Consigliatissimi entrambi.
