Franciacorta Brut Conte Aymo 2020 – Tenuta Montenisa | Marchesi Antinori

The 2020 Franciacorta Brut Conte Aymo from Tenuta Montenisa , owned by Marchesi Antinori , is a classic method sparkling wine of great refinement and personality, an emblem of Franciacorta elegance. It has a luminous straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage . On the nose, it expresses notes of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and bread crust , enriched with delicate hints of almond and noble yeasts. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and harmonious , with a pleasant savory finish and a long, refined finish.

Winemaking Method

The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc grapes are selected from the Tenuta Montenisa vineyards, in the heart of Franciacorta . After gentle pressing , the must ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve its purity and aromatic freshness. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the classic method , with aging on the lees for approximately 36 months , which gives the wine its creaminess and complexity.

Conservation and Maturation

Store horizontally in a cool, dry place , away from light and vibrations. Serve at 8–10°C to best enhance the finesse of the perlage and aromatic intensity. It can evolve positively for 4–5 years after bottling.
