The Risignolo estate, located in central-western Sicily, offers a fertile terroir with an ideal climate for an elegant combination of freshness and flavour. Its fruity and fine aromas on the nose make it an elegant and rich wine.

| Vinification | The grapes, once harvested early in the morning during the harvest, are taken to the cellar, where the static decantation of the musts and the alcoholic fermentation take place, partly in steel. |
