Perfume	Pear, Golden apple, almond with spicy nuances of sage and lavender.
Taste	High acidity, balanced and integrated into the fruit, full-bodied, consistent with a long aromatic persistence and a slightly phenolic finish.

Vinificazione

Criomacerazione del pigiato,Starter fermentativo spontaneo ad opera dei lieviti presenti sulle uve biologiche con macerazione delle bucce e successiva fermentazione in vasche di cemento.

Affinamento

Sulle fecce fini per circa 6 mesi prima di essere imbottigliato senza filtrazione nè chiarifica.

Colore

Colore Giallo limone di media intensità con bordo dorato.

Profumo

Pera, mela Golden, mandorla con nuances speziate di salvia e lavanda.

Gusto

Acidità elevata, bilanciata ed integrata nel frutto, di corpo pieno, consistente con lunga persistenza aromatica e finale leggermente fenolico.
