Description
Tenuta Mosole's Ad Nonam Merlot 2017 is made from select Merlot grapes, carefully vinified to enhance the varietal's characteristics. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in oak barrels, which imparts structure and complexity. The wine has a full, velvety body, with soft tannins and an elegant balance of red fruit and spicy notes.
