Description

The Fiano "Pian di Stio" from the San Salvatore winery is an excellent white wine produced in the heart of Cilento. The favorable Mediterranean climate of Paestum, with the proximity of the sea, has made it possible to create a wine with fresh and intense aromas, characteristics that make it unique and exceptional.

Affinamento

segue fermentazione a bassa temperatura in serbatoi di acciaio inox e il riposo per sei mesi sulle fecce fini.

giallo chiaro dai luminosi riflessi dorati;

Profumo

al naso si percepiscono seducenti e delicati profumi floreali, aromi intensi di pesca e mela verde, e cenni di erbe aromatiche.

Il sorso è scorrevole ed elegante, che mette in luce profonde sfaccettature con un finale di vibrante freschezza e sapidità
